Vortex Slide Terms & Conditions

All slide users must follow the Vortex Slide safety restrictions.

Restrictions and guidelines for the Vortex Slide are displayed at the entrance to the slide and on the website safety page.

The following conditions apply to all riders:

Weight Limit
Maximum 130kg per rider

Height and Age Requirements

• 110cm and over (minimum age 6 years): May ride solo.
• Under 110cm or under 6 years: Not permitted to ride.

Tickets are available on-site only. Please refer to our cancellation policy if your booking requires an amendment.

Vortex Slide rides are non-transferable and sold on a per-person basis.

Tickets that have expired are non-refundable.

Operations are subject to weather and operational conditions.

Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the conditions of entry to leave without refund.
