Luge rides are subject to a strict Luge Code of Conduct.
The Luge Code of Conduct and instruction video are both displayed at the top of the chairlift before the start zone.
Tickets and vouchers purchased online are only valid for their booking date. Please refer to our cancellation policy if your booking requires an amendment.
Please note that age/height restrictions apply for children to ride the Luge solo and in tandem.
- Riders who are between 85cm-109cm and 2-6 years of age will need to ride in tandem with an adult.
- A tandem rider must ride on the Luge with a responsible person over 150cm tall and 15+ years. It is the responsibility of the ‘responsible person’ to ride in a slow and safe manner, avoiding sharp braking to minimise the risk of injury to the tandem rider.
- Riders must complete their first Luge ride within their 30-minute ride window allocated at time of purchase.
- To reschedule your ticket’s ride time, please visit the kiosk or talk to a friendly staff member. Rescheduling tickets will be subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- Riders who are over 110cm and 6+ years old can ride the Luge tracks unaccompanied but will need to ride the chairlift with a responsible person over 150cm tall and 15+ years.
- Riders 120cm tall and 7+ years old can Luge and ride the chairlift alone.
Unlimited Luge is unavailable during peak holiday periods.
