Gondola tickets are sold on a per-ride basis rather than an exclusive cabin ride. Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to fill cabins to maximum capacity (10 passengers in Queenstown).
Tickets purchased online are only valid for their booking date. Please refer to our cancellation policy if your booking requires an amendment.
Tickets that have expired are non-refundable.
Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the conditions of entry to leave without refund.
