Gondola Annual Pass Terms & Conditions

Gondola Annual Passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gondola Annual Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  1. Each card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  2. Cardholders may travel on any scheduled ride of the Gondola (special events excluded).
  3. Gondola Annual Pass holders are eligible for a Friends & Family 20% discount on all standard ticket purchases.
    • The Friends & Family 20% discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, including Gondola Annual Pass Luge Rides.
    • The Friends & Family 20% discount cannot be used for forward bookings. Friends & Family discounted tickets will only be issued on the day of visit.
    • The Gondola Annual Pass card holder must be present for the purchase. All friends and family guests must also be present for the purchase.
  4. Cardholder discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or special event unless specified.
  5. GAP holders also enjoy exclusive pricing at Stratosfare Restaurant & Bar, with buffet access plus a complimentary Gondola ride included in pass. Current pricing (as of 2026) is as follows: Lunch: Child $39 | Adult $65. Dinner: Child $59 | Adult $85. Prices are subject to change.
  6. GAP discount at the Souvenirs and Gift Shop as follows:
    1. 20% off everything except GoPro cameras, GoPro Accessories, Mons Royale, Postage, and any item already discounted or part of a promotional offer.
    2. 10% off Mons Royale and GoPro Accessories (NOT cameras), except for products already discounted or part of a promotional offer.
    3. 10% off Jelly Belly – all products except products already discounted or part of a promotional offer.
  7. GAP discount at Eatspace as follows:
    1. 20% discount to be used at the following stores; Casetta, Souvla, Taco GoGo & Urban Botanica. This discount does not apply to Monster Chicken, Bronze Elephant or Sushi Platter.
    2. GAP holders must present their physical card to redeem.
    3. 20% off the selected venues – all products except products already discounted or part of a promotional offer.
  8. Friends & family 20% discount does not apply to 3 Day Unlimited Gondola Pass.
  9. The Gondola Annual Pass is only available for Otago and Southland residents.
  10. The Gondola Annual Pass cannot be purchased by any party or personnel whose business activity or terms of employment necessitate the use of any Skyline facilities (the card is not valid for commercial use).
  11. Unauthorised use of the Gondola Annual Pass will result in the immediate revocation of the card.
  12. No other concessions apply unless specifically stated in writing.
  13. The Gondola Annual Pass must be presented to Skyline Queenstown staff to validate the cardholder benefits.
  14. Cardholder discounts apply to the entire cardholder party where the cardholder pays in one transaction.
  15. By purchasing a Gondola Annual Pass you are prohibited from accessing the Gondola as a means of transport to paraglide, mountain bike, access employment, or benefit commercially.

Gondola Annual Pass Dining Deal Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview

  • Bring up to 9 guests on the Gondola when you book at Stratosfare Restaurant.
  • Maximum group size is 10 people, including the Gondola Annual Pass holder.
  • The Annual Pass holder must accompany the group and present a valid Annual Pass at the ticket counter.
  • Gondola perks apply for up to 9 guests only at time of dining booking and not outside of this.
  • Special Gondola Annual Pass member pricing applies: Dinner: $85 per adult, $59 per child Lunch: $65 per adult, $39 per child

Eligibility

  • Annual Pass Holder Requirement: This promotion is only valid for holders of a current Gondola Annual Pass. The pass holder must be present with their group.
  • Guest Limit: Up to 9 guests may be brought on the Gondola. All guests must be part of the same Stratosfare booking.

Booking and Redemption

  • A reservation at Stratosfare Restaurant is required and can be made by phone.
  • Guests can make a booking directly on arrival, pending availability. Phone booking in advance is always recommended.
  • Bookings must be to dine between 1 Sept – 25 Sept 2026 to qualify for this promotion.
  • The maximum booking size permitted under this offer is 10 people, including the Gondola Annual Pass holder and up to 9 accompanying guests.
  • Present the valid Annual Pass at the Gondola ticket counter upon arrival.
  • The entire group must be present to collect tickets.

Pricing and Meals

  • Adult meals: ages 15 and over. Child meals: ages 6 to 14.

General Conditions

  • Valid only during 1 Sept – 25 Sept 2026.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
  • Annual Pass and associated benefits are non-transferable.
  • Standard Stratosfare cancellation policies apply. No-shows or cancellations forfeit the complimentary Gondola ride.
  • Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion without notice.

Acceptance

  • Participation indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in loss of benefits.
