Minimum Age

There is a minimum age of 6 for Stargazing tours.

Weather Conditions

Skyline Queenstown cannot guarantee full clarity, ideal skies, or visibility of certain objects on its Stargazing Tour.
In case conditions are unsuitable for the outdoor experience, guests will be offered the option to book a tour at a later date (subject to availability) or receive a refund for the experience.

Refunds

Refunds for tours cut short due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are available up until the halfway point of the tour. A full refund will be issued for tours canceled due to weather before the tour commences.
Guests who have not checked in by the tour departure time will be considered “no shows.” They are not eligible for refunds or other compensation. Guests wishing to rebook must pay the full cost of the new booking. All experiences are subject to availability.
