Paragliding Uplift & Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

• Valid for Gondola access to Bob’s Peak for paragliding activities only.

• Single and multi-uplift passes must be used on the same day of purchase.

• Uplift and Annual Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Annual Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The Paragliding Annual Pass also includes all of the benefits of a Gondola Annual Pass, which you can view here.

• Passes must be presented at the Gondola base each time you ride. No pass = no ride. Lost passes incur a $10 replacement fee.

• Annual Passes are for recreational use only and cannot be used for any commercial activity or by individuals whose employment requires Skyline access.

• Unauthorised use will result in immediate cancellation of the pass.

• Gondola access is subject to weather and operational conditions.

• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, combo product, or special event unless specified.

• Paragliding Annual Pass holder discounts apply to the cardholder’s party only when paid for in a single transaction.

• Under no circumstances should Gondola cabin doors be forced open for ventilation. Repair fees may apply.

• Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to change pricing, benefits, terms, or operational hours at any time.

• Skyline Queenstown provides access only to Ben Lomond Recreational Reserve and accepts no liability for injury or damage during flight activity.
