Skyline MTB Uplift Pass Protection
Pass Protection is your insurance policy for your Skyline MTB Uplift Season Pass in the event you sustain an injury or medical condition that prevents you from using your pass for the remaining current season.
A refund percentage is to be calculated based on the use of the pass, outlined in the table below:

Frequently Asked Questions:
You can collect your season pass from our ticketing hall at Skyline Queenstown, 53 Brecon Street. Our standard opening time is 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week. To save time, please ensure you have completed the waiver beforehand, or this will need to be completed upon collection. Note that passes must be collected in person by the pass holder. There’s no deadline on when you need to pick your pass up, so come by at a time that suits you! If you purchased the instalment plan, all three payments must be completed before you can collect your pass.
Indicative season dates are 19 September 2026 to early 16 May 2027 – but this all depends on the weather! As we get closer, we’ll keep all season pass holders updated on our official opening day.
Operations may pause temporarily during heavy rain or lightning. You’ll be advised of any closures on the day.
No, Skyline does not have any hire gear available.

- Child = 6-14 years of age
- Otago & Southland School Student = 6-18 years of age in full-time education
