You’re welcome to book your Gondola tickets online ahead of time here or simply purchase on arrival. We recommend booking ahead to skip the ticket queue and head straight to the Gondola line, it’s the quickest and easiest way to start your Skyline experience, especially during busy periods.
No, the Skyline access road is restricted to commercial vehicles only. Visitors must take the Gondola or hike up the Tiki Trail to reach the complex.
Yes, you can hike the Tiki Trail, a moderate to advanced track with a 400m+ elevation gain. The hike takes around 1–1.5 hours and starts at the Gondola base, finishing at the Skyline complex at the top.
Each cabin can seat up to 10 adults comfortably. Staff will assist in arranging the best seating for families or groups with children.
Yes. Cabins are flush to the boarding platform and can be slowed or stopped for easy boarding. Wheelchairs can be accommodated.
Yes, prams and strollers are welcome and can fit inside the Gondola cabin.
Each Gondola ticket includes one return trip, a ride up to the Skyline complex, where the Luge is located, and a ride back down to the base. The Luge tracks are situated entirely at the top, so after completing your rides, you’ll take the Gondola back down.
No, pets are not permitted on the Gondola or in the Skyline complex. Service animals are permitted.
