Terms & Conditions – Win Dinner for 4 at Stratosfare Restaurant

Entry acceptance of these terms and conditions:

Entering the Family Dinner at Stratosfare (“the Competition”) is considered to be acceptance of the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

  1. Promoter: The Promoter is Skyline Queenstown, 53 Brecon Street, Queenstown 9300.
  2. Competition Duration: The Competition begins on the XXXX (date of the original Instagram and Facebook post) and ends XXXXX at 23:59 NZDT (“Competition Period”)
  3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must xxxx. One entry per Skyline Gondola Annual Pass Holder.
  4. Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have received the Gondola Annual Pass survey via email. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, or entities involved in the development or administration of the promotion are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
  5. Prize: The winner will receive Gondola + 3 Luge + Stratosfare Dinner or Lunch for up to 4 pax. Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any change to the prize will be updated in the competition terms on the promoter’s website. Any change to the prize after the winner is selected and notified will be communicated directly to the winner by the Promoter.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: After the Competition Period ends, one winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and contacted via email. The winner has 24 hours to accept before a new winner is chosen.
  7. Prize Redemption: The experience must be booked and taken between 15 August 2026 and 20 September 2026 .
  8. General Conditions: By entering, participants consent to their name, comment, and likeness being used by the Promoter in announcements and promotional material without further compensation. Winners also agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the Competition. Personal data (including name, Social Media handle, and any publicly visible contact information) will be used for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting winners, and for promotional use by Skyline Queenstown. Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

The competition is not endorsed, sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media channel. At all times, participants agree to act in accordance with the Instagram and Facebook Terms of Use. By entering this competition, the participant agrees to release Instagram and/or Facebook from any liability including for any loss, personal injury or damage.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason. Any updates will be posted on the Promoter’s website or official social media pages.
