Gondola Access to the Paragliding Launch Point
Experience the thrill of paragliding from Bob’s Peak, starting with a Gondola ride to the take-off point. Please note: The Paragliding Uplift Pass provides Gondola access only. It does not include or book a paragliding flight.
If you wish to go paragliding, you’ll need to book directly with a licensed operator such as GForce Paragliding.
Whether you’re flying yourself or accompanying someone who is, this pass gets you to the launch site safely and easily, ready to take in the spectacular Queenstown views before take-off.
Single uplifts and multi-ride packages are available for onsite purchase.

Skyline Queenstown offers flexible uplift options to suit all paragliders, whether you’re taking a one-off flight, planning a few launches, or flying regularly throughout the year.

Paragliding Annual Pass: Unlimited Gondola access for 12 months. The Paragliding Annual Pass also includes all of the benefits of a Gondola Annual Pass, which you can view here.

How it Works

Collect your card from Guest Services at the base terminal.

Your card is scanned at the Gondola entry, your uplift count will automatically update.

Once you reach the top, you’re ready to launch.
Paragliding not included in the 3-Day Gondola Pass. Uplift passes are non-transferable. Single and multi-uplift passes must be used on the same day of purchase. Abuse of the system may result in forfeiture of access.
