No, access to Stratosfare is via the Gondola, which is included in your restaurant ticket booking. Your Gondola ride is part of the full Stratosfare experience.
Stratosfare is open from 11:45am to 12:45pm for lunch and reopens from 4:30pm to 8:45pm for dinner. We recommend checking the session times specific to your visit date.
