Redeeming Your Queenstown Marathon Volunteer Crew Voucher at Skyline Queenstown Base Terminal
Thank you for volunteering with the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Queenstown Marathon! To redeem your Gondola Annual Pass voucher, follow these steps:
Important Note: Ensure you redeem your voucher by 18/12/2023. No exceptions will be made past this date.
- Visit Skyline Queenstown Base Terminal:
Head to the Skyline Queenstown Base Terminal and show your physical voucher, a photo of the voucher, or provide the unique voucher number. - Receive Your Gondola Annual Pass:
Upon verification, you will receive your Gondola Annual Pass for 1x Adult and 1x complimentary Child. - Enjoy the Skyline Experience:
Congratulations! You can now enjoy the breathtaking views and activities with your Gondola Annual Pass.
Important Reminders:
- Redeem your voucher by 18/12/2023.
- Carry the physical voucher, a photo of the voucher, or the unique voucher number for hassle-free redemption.

Terms and Conditions
- Sponsorship and Event Date:
- Skyline Queenstown is the official sponsor of the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Queenstown Marathon Volunteer Crew.
- The marathon is scheduled for Saturday, 18th November 2023.
- Voucher Details:
- All volunteers will receive a voucher for a Gondola Annual Pass.
- Redemption Period:
- Vouchers must be redeemed at the base terminal of Skyline Queenstown by 18/12/2023 – no exceptions will be made past this date.
- Redemption Requirements:
- Redemption requires the physical voucher, a photo of the physical voucher, or the unique voucher number.
- No exceptions will be made without the mentioned requirements.
- Pass Entitlement:
- Each voucher is valid for 1x Adult (15+ years) and 1x complimentary Child (6-14 years) pass.
- Gondola Annual Pass – Standard Terms and Conditions:
- Gondola Annual Passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Usage Restrictions:
- The Gondola Annual Pass is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
- Unauthorised use will result in immediate revocation of the pass.
- Discounts and Offers:
- Cardholder discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or special event unless specified.
- Discounts at the Souvenirs and Gift Shop are as follows (special conditions may apply):
- 20% off everything except GoPro cameras, GoPro Accessories, Mons Royale, Postage, and any item already discounted.
- 10% off Mons Royale and GoPro Accessories (NOT cameras).
- 10% off Jelly Belly – all products except those already discounted.
- Residency and Commercial Use:
- The Gondola Annual Pass is only available for Otago and Southland residents.
- The pass cannot be purchased for commercial use by any party or personnel requiring the use of Skyline facilities for business activities or terms of employment.
- Concession and Benefits:
- No other concessions apply unless specifically stated in writing.
- The pass must be presented to Skyline Queenstown staff to validate cardholder benefits.
- Cardholders wishing to purchase a Mountain Bike season pass will have the card’s cost deducted from the season pass price.
- Cardholders wishing to purchase a paragliding season pass will have the card’s cost deducted from the season pass price.
- Restrictions on Use:
- Purchasing a Gondola Annual Pass prohibits access for paragliding, mountain biking, employment-related transport, or commercial benefit.
