Luge rides are subject to a strict Luge Code Of Conduct.
Please note that age and height restrictions apply for children to ride the Luge solo.
The Luge Code Of Conduct and instruction video are both displayed at the top of the chairlift before the start zone.
Tickets / vouchers purchased online are only valid for their booking date. Please refer to our cancellation policy if your booking requires an amendment.
Luge rides are non-transferable and sold on a per-person basis.
Tickets that have expired are non-refundable.
Tandem Luge rides are available onsite for an additional price for children riding with a paying adult.
Skyline reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without refund.
