Our Guided Walks season runs from the 1st of October till the 30th of April.
There is a maximum group size of 15 including two guides.
Tickets may be purchased online, however, we recommend calling our reservations team if the tour begins within 24hrs of booking.
Tickets that have expired are non-refundable. If tours are cut short due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances refund portions will be arranged up until the halfway point of the tour.
Tours will run in all weather, however, the guide may cancel the tour if conditions become too dangerous. This will be at the discretion of the guide.
QLDC may close access to the Ben Lomond Reserve due to fire risk, bad weather or unforeseen circumstances which is out of Skyline Queenstown’s control.
