Skyline and Eatspace Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Skyline and Eatspace Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility or liability regarding the Giveaway.

2. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Skyline and Eatspace, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

3. The Giveaway will run from 28th March 2024 (start date) to 11th April 2024 (end date). Entries received before or after this period will not be considered.

4. To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

   4.1 – Instagram: 

1. Like the giveaway post and tag two friends in the comments.
2. Follow @skylinequeenstown and @eatspacenz on Instagram.

   4.2 – Facebook: 

1. Like the giveaway post and tag two friends in the comments.
2. Like @skylinequeenstown and @eatspacenz on Facebook.

Participants can enter multiple times across all platforms. 

5. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received through all avenues of entry during the Giveaway period. The selection will be conducted by representatives from Skyline and Eatspace.

6. The winners will be announced on @skylinequeenstown Instagram Stories or Facebook. Stories no later than one week after the Giveaway ends. The winners will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winners do not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be randomly selected.

7. The prizes for the Giveaway include:

   – Prize 1: An Eatspace $100 voucher redeemable at Casetta, Lemon & Salt, Urban Botanica, and Souvla only, and a Gondola + unlimited Luge rides for a family of 4. 

   – Prize 2: An Eatspace $80 voucher redeemable at Casetta, Lemon & Salt, Urban Botanica, and Souvla only, and a Gondola + unlimited Luge rides for 2 adults. 

   – Prize 3: A Gondola + unlimited Luge rides for 2 adults. 

8. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

9. Any additional costs or expenses incurred by the winners, including transportation to and from the venue, will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

10. Skyline and Eatspace reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the winners. If it is discovered that the winners do not meet the eligibility criteria, new winners will be selected.

11. By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Skyline and Eatspace the right to use their names and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Skyline and Eatspace reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

13. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Skyline and Eatspace, which are final and binding.

14. The Giveaway is open to residents of the countries specified by Skyline and Eatspace. Participants outside these countries are not eligible to enter.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country
