Women’s Night MTB Uplift Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or redeeming the Women’s Night MTB Uplift – Exclusive for QMTBC Members ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility:

This ticket is exclusively available to women who are current members of the Queenstown Mountain Bike Club (QMTBC) and who are participating in the Women’s Ride Nights series. If you are not a QMTBC member at the time of ticket redemption, you will need to either:

  • Purchase a QMTBC membership before using the Gondola Uplift. Membership can be purchased at Queenstown MTB Club Membership, or
  • Pay the full retail rate for the Gondola Uplift.

 

Ticket Validity:

This ticket is valid for one (1) evening session only, on any of the following dates:

  • Wednesday 19th February 2025
  • Wednesday 26th February 2025
  • Wednesday 5th March 2025
  • Wednesday 12th March 2025

Please note: The ticket cannot be used on any other date.

You may purchase discounted tickets for all four (4) of the Women’s Night MTB Uplift sessions.

 

Usage:

  • The ticket allows the holder to ride the Gondola as many times as possible between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the date of redemption.
  • The ticket is valid for one person and one bike only.
  • The ticket allows access for one-way Gondola Uplift only.
  • Must be used on the day of first redemption. If you do not use the ticket on one of the specified dates, it will expire and cannot be redeemed at a later time.

 

Waiver Requirement:

Before using the Gondola Uplift, all participants must have signed a MTB Uplift waiver form. The waiver form must be completed at least once per season.

 

Membership Verification:

Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to verify QMTBC membership at the time of ticket redemption.

 

No Refunds or Transfers:

This ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

 

Other Terms:

  • Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to alter or cancel the Women’s Night MTB Uplift sessions at any time without prior notice.
  • The ticket is for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred to another party.
  • All applicable Mountain Bike Uplift terms and conditions must be adhered to while using the Gondola Uplift service.
