Valid from 1st June to 30th June

How it Works:

• Scan the QR codes located around the site to access the Instant Win online platform.
• Use the online platform to see if you’ve won an instant prize!
• If you’re a winner, head to the activation zone table to collect your prize voucher.

Redeeming Your Prize:

• Vouchers can be redeemed at either the Activation Zone, Market Kitchen or the Gift Shop, depending on the prize.
• You must show both your prize voucher and the confirmation email to redeem.
• Prizes can be redeemed on the same day or on another date before 30th June.
• If returning on another day, standard gondola tickets must be purchased for re-entry unless provided.

Important Information:

• No swaps or prize substitutions are allowed.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other items.
• All prize vouchers must be processed separately from any additional purchases.
• If the Luge is closed due to weather, a return voucher for a later date in June may be issued.
