Looking ahead to phase 4: THE BIG UPGRADE
Phase 4 of Project Skyline represents THE BIG UPGRADE where the entire Skyline Queenstown Top Complex will undergo a large upgrade. This work will include replacing the existing building and expanding the footprint on Bob’s Peak – stepping UP for fun for decades to come.

Key Milestones
- Top complex extension starts August 2023.
- Top complex extension complete December 2025.
- Demolition of the existing top complex starts in January 2026.
- Rebuild starts April 2026 and complete in December 2028.
